Welcome to Rikaa. By using our website or placing an order with us, you're agreeing to 
these terms. If something here doesn't sit right with you, please don't use our services. We 
may update these terms from time to time, so it's worth checking back.

1. General

  • Using the site means you accept these terms. Changes go live as soon as they're 
    posted.
  • You need to be of legal contracting age in your jurisdiction to shop with us. If you're younger, a parent or guardian must oversee your use of the site.
  • Your account is your responsibility. Keep your login details secure


2. Products & Pricing

  • We describe our products as accurately as we can. Since everything is handcrafted, 
    minor variations in finish or detailing are normal and expected. All rings are adjustable.
  • Moissanite stones in Rikaa jewellery are lab-created. They're not natural diamonds -
    they're a distinct gemstone that's conflict-free and ethically sourced. Product pages will tell you clearly when Moissanite is used.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees and can change without notice. We reserve the right to fix pricing errors.
  • Promotional offers have their own terms and can't usually be stacked with other discounts unless we've said otherwise.


3. Orders & Payments

  • An order confirmation email doesn't mean we've formally accepted your order. We can cancel orders for reasons like stock issues or suspected fraud.
  • We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and others), Debit and Credit Cards 
    (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Net Banking, Paytm Wallet, Freecharge, and Cash on Delivery on eligible orders. Prepaid payments go through Razorpay. We don't store card 
    data.
  • COD is available across eligible pin codes - your checkout will confirm this. Please 
    have the exact amount ready at delivery. The unboxing video requirement applies to COD orders the same as prepaid.
  • International orders above INR 2 lakhs may need additional documentation like a PAN Card or Form 60, as required by law.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within India. International shipping can be made available as per special 
    requests. Reach out to support@rikaa.in for international shipping.
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment, not counting weekends and public holidays.
  • Delivery typically takes 3–8 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not 
    guarantees.
  • We work with BlueDart, Delhivery, Shiprocket, and India Post. Tracking details go out via email and SMS once your order ships.
  • Shipping is free on all orders. No hidden charges.
  • Every shipment is fully insured against damage or loss in transit.
  • You're responsible for providing the correct delivery address. If a parcel is returned 
    because of an inaccurate address, re-shipping costs will apply.
  • If your tracking shows 'Delivered' but nothing arrived, write to support@rikaa.in within 24 hours. We'll open an investigation with the courier.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, 
    undamaged, and in original packaging with tags and invoice.
  • Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless they arrived faulty or incorrect. Personalised items and final sale products also can't be returned.
  • To start a return, email support@rikaa.in with your order number, reason, and photos where needed.
  • For any claim involving damage, defects, missing items, or an empty box - including 
    COD orders - you need to send an unboxing video showing the original sealed packaging within 24 hours of delivery. No video means no claim can be processed.
  • Once we receive the return, inspection takes up to 7 business days. Approved refunds are sent within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Store credit is applied immediately.
  • If the issue is on our end, we cover return shipping. If it's a change of mind, you cover it.
  • Exchanges or store credit are possible depending on stock and item condition. Reach out and we'll work something out.


6. Warranty & Authenticity

  • All Rikaa jewellery is certified 925 Sterling Silver. Moissanite stones are lab-created and conflict-free. Keep your invoice and certificate - you'll need them for any future claims.
  • We offer a 6-month warranty from delivery against manufacturing defects. Normal wear, misuse, or chemical exposure isn't covered.
  • For warranty claims, email support@rikaa.in with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We'll inspect and decide on repair or replacement.


7. Gift Cards & Store Credit

  • Gift cards are non-transferable and can't be cashed out unless required by law. Redeem them online using the card number and PIN. Lost or stolen cards generally can't be replaced. We can modify or end the gift card programme at any time.


8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site - product images, text, logos, designs - belongs to Rikaa or is used under licence. Don't copy or use it without written permission.

9. Reviews & User Content

  • When you submit reviews, photos, or videos, you're giving Rikaa a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use and display that content. We can remove anything that breaks these terms.

10. Things You Can't Do

  • Use the site for anything illegal
  • Upload malicious software or try to break the site
  • Infringe on intellectual property
  • Pretend to be someone you're not or submit false information
  • Breaking these rules can mean account suspension or legal action.
