Is Rikaa jewellery made of real silver?

Yes. Every piece is made from certified 925 Sterling Silver and built for everyday wear. Hold onto your invoice and authenticity certificate — you may need them down the line.


What is Moissanite? Is it a fake diamond?

Not at all. Moissanite is its own gemstone — first found inside a meteorite crater in 1893. It has nothing to do with being a “fake” anything.

Here’s what makes it stand apart:

  • It sparkles more than a diamond.
    Moissanite has a higher refractive index (2.65 vs 2.42), so it throws more light and fire.

  • It’s nearly as hard as a diamond.
    At 9.25 on the Mohs scale, it’s the second hardest gemstone on earth — built to last daily wear.

  • It’s lab-created and conflict-free.
    No mining, no ethical grey areas, no guilt.

  • You get more for your money.
    The brilliance is real. The savings are real too.

Moissanite doesn’t tarnish, cloud, or lose its fire over time. What you see today is what you’ll see years from now.


Will Moissanite look like a diamond?

Side by side, they’re nearly impossible to tell apart with the naked eye. If anything, Moissanite catches more light — it can show a slight rainbow flash under direct lighting, which most people find stunning. Nobody’s going to look at your piece and think it’s cheap.


Does Moissanite fade or cloud over time?

No. Cubic zirconia clouds. Moissanite doesn’t. It’s chemically stable, so it holds its brilliance permanently. A Rikaa piece with Moissanite will look the same in 20 years as it does the day it arrives.


Will my jewellery look exactly like the website photos?

We do our best to photograph accurately, but our pieces are handcrafted, so minor differences in texture or finish can happen. That’s actually part of the appeal — no two pieces are identical.


Does silver tarnish?

It can, yes. Sterling silver reacts to air, moisture, and chemicals over time — that’s just the nature of the metal. It’s not a defect and it’s easily reversed with regular cleaning and proper storage. See the care guide below.


How do I look after my Rikaa jewellery?

A little care goes a long way:

  • Put your jewellery on after perfume, makeup, and sanitiser — not before.

  • Take it off before showering, swimming, or working out.

  • After wearing, wipe it down with a soft dry cotton cloth.

  • Store each piece in a separate zip-lock pouch inside an airtight box. Pieces stored loose together will scratch.

  • Keep it out of direct sunlight for extended periods.

  • Polish occasionally with a jewellery cloth to bring the shine back.

  • Avoid ultrasonic cleaners and harsh chemicals on Moissanite-set pieces.


Orders & Payments

What payment options do you have?

We accept:

  • UPI — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and all supported apps

  • Debit and Credit Cards — Visa, MasterCard, American Express

  • Net Banking — all major banks

  • Paytm Wallet and Freecharge

  • Cash on Delivery — available on eligible orders across India

Prepaid payments go through Razorpay. We never store your card details.


Is it safe to order from rikaa.in?

Yes. All payment data is encrypted and handled by secure third-party processors. We don’t store your card or banking details on our end.


Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, COD is available across eligible pin codes in India. Your checkout will confirm availability based on your location.

For COD orders, an unboxing video is still required if you need to raise a damage or missing item claim. Same rules as prepaid.


Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Reach out to us as soon as you can. Once the order is packed or handed to the courier, we can’t make changes. The sooner you contact us, the better the chance we can help.


Why would my order get cancelled?

Rare, but it can happen — usually due to stock going out, a pricing error, or a payment verification issue.

If your order is cancelled, you’ll get a full refund as per our policy.


Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?

Across India. All orders are fully insured and shipped via trusted partners — Shiprocket, BlueDart, and Delhivery.


How long before my order ships?

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Sundays and public holidays don’t count.


How long does delivery take?

3 to 8 business days once dispatched. Metro cities tend to be on the faster end (3–5 days).

These are estimates — courier delays can occasionally happen.


Is shipping free?

Yes. Free shipping on every prepaid order.

COD orders may be subject to additional handling fees depending on the location.


Are my shipments insured?

Yes. Every Rikaa order is fully insured from the moment it leaves us to the moment it reaches you.


How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link via email and SMS. Use it to follow your parcel in real time.


I entered the wrong address. What now?

Contact us immediately at support@rikaa.in.

We’ll do our best to redirect it if it hasn’t shipped yet. If the parcel is already in transit and gets returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.


My order says “Delivered” but I haven’t received it.

Write to us at support@rikaa.in within 24 hours of that status update.

We’ll raise an investigation with the courier. Having photos or a video ready will help speed things up.


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and include all tags and the invoice. Anything outside these conditions won’t qualify.


Can I return earrings?

No — earrings can’t be returned for hygiene reasons.

The only exceptions are if you received a damaged or incorrect item.


How do I start a return?

Email support@rikaa.in with your order number, reason for return, and photos if relevant.

We’ll take it from there.


Do I have to record an unboxing video?

Yes. For any claim involving damage, a defect, missing items, or an empty box — this applies to both prepaid and COD orders — you’ll need to share an unboxing video showing the original sealed packaging.

It must be sent within 24 hours of delivery.

No video, no claim. This protects both sides fairly.


Who pays for return shipping?

If it’s our fault — a manufacturing defect or a wrong item sent — we cover return shipping.

If you’ve just changed your mind, the shipping cost is on you.


When do I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Store credit gets applied right away after verification.


Do you do exchanges?

Sometimes, yes. Exchanges or store credit can be offered based on availability and the condition of the returned item.

Warranty

Is there a warranty on Rikaa jewellery?

Yes — 6 months from delivery, covering manufacturing defects.


What’s not covered?

  • General wear and tear over time

  • Accidental damage

  • Damage from improper storage or handling

  • Exposure to perfumes, sanitisers, water, or chemicals


How do I make a warranty claim?

Email support@rikaa.in with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos or a video.

We’ll review it and let you know the next steps.


Gifting & Store Credit

Do you sell gift cards?

If available on the website, gift cards are non-transferable and can’t be exchanged for cash.


What if someone returns a gift?

If the item qualifies for a return, the refund goes back as store credit or to the original payment method, depending on the case.


Privacy & Data

Is my personal information safe with Rikaa?

Yes. We don’t sell your data or misuse it in any way.

It’s only shared with the partners needed to fulfil your order — payment processors and delivery services.


Will I get promotional messages?

Only if you opt in.
