Refund Policy

Every Rikaa piece goes out with care. If something's not right when it arrives, here's how we handle it.


1. Return Window
7 days from the delivery date. That's your window to raise a return.

2. Condition Requirements
Items must come back unused, unworn, unopened, and undamaged - original packaging, 
tags, and invoice all intact. We don't accept returns on earrings (hygiene), personalised pieces, or anything marked as final sale.

3. How Refunds Are Paid
Back to the original payment method, or as store credit - your choice. For COD orders, 
refunds go out via UPI or bank transfer to the details you provide.

4. Return Shipping
Our fault (defect or wrong item): we cover the shipping.
Change of mind: you cover the shipping.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
Report it within 24 hours of delivery. Send clear photos or a video of the defect, along with the unboxing video. Once we verify, we'll arrange collection and process the refund.

6. How to Start a Return
Email support@rikaa.in with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting 
photos or videos. We'll reply with instructions.

7. Refund Timelines
7 to 10 business days from the date we receive and check the return. Store credit is applied right away once verified.

8. A Few Things to Note
Returns sent back without packaging, tags, or in a used state may be rejected and sent back to you. We reserve the right to update this policy - check the website for the current version.
