Welcome to Rikaa. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. General Terms

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

1.2 Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract to use this site. If you are under the legal age, you may use the site only with supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms.

1.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.

12. Products & Pricing

2.1 Product Descriptions

You are responsible for We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry, slight variations in design, color, and size may occur.

2.2 Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.

2.3 Promotions

Promotional offers are subject to specific terms and cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders & Payments

3.1 Order Acceptance

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability or suspected fraud.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments via UPI (all major gateways), Google Pay, Razorpay, and major credit/debit cards. All transactions are processed securely
through third-party payment processors; card data is encrypted and not stored by Rikaa.

3.3 International Orders

For international orders exceeding INR 2 lakhs, additional documentation such as a PAN Card or Form 60 may be required as per applicable laws.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Shipping Policy

We currently ship within India. International shipping may be introduced in the future and will be announced separately.

4.2 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

4.3 Delivery Time

Standard delivery is typically 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

4.4 Couriers & Tracking

We partner with trusted courier services (for example, BlueDart, Delhivery, India Post, or other reputable providers). You will receive dispatch confirmation and a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

4.5 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout. Promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly stated and subject to the terms of the promotion.

4.6 Incorrect or Incomplete Address

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Rikaa is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses. Additional re-shipping charges may apply if an order is returned.

4.7 Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, contact support@rikaa.in within 24 hours. We may request an unboxing video or other proof to investigate.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

5.1 Return Window

Returns accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery for unused, unworn, and undamaged items in original packaging with tags and invoice.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty or sent incorrectly by Rikaa.

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return, contact support@rikaa.in with your order number, photos of the item (where relevant), and reason for return.

5.4 Proof & Unboxing Requirement

For damaged, defective, missing, or empty-box claims, notify Rikaa within 48 hours with photographic evidence and an unboxing video showing the original seal.

5.5 Inspection & Processing

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Processing takes up to 7 business days. Refunds, if approved, will be initiated within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5.6 Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, customers bear the return shipping charges.

5.7 Exchanges & Store Credit

Exchanges or store credit may be offered at Rikaa’s discretion. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and may incur additional charges for size, weight, or price differences.

6. Warranty & Authenticity

6.1 Authenticity

All Rikaa jewelry is certified 925 Sterling Silver. Keep your invoice and certificate safe for future claims.

6.2 Limited Warranty

Rikaa offers a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for six months from delivery. This does not cover damage from normal wear, misuse, or exposure to chemicals.

6.3 Warranty Claims

Contact support@rikaa.in with order number, photos, and description of defect. We reserve the right to inspect the item and repair or replace it at our discretion.

7. Gift Cards & Store Credits

7.1 General

Gift cards are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash unless required by law.

7.2 Redemption

Gift cards may be redeemed online by entering the gift card number and PIN.

7.3 Refunds & Balance

Refunds for purchases made with gift cards may be credited to the same gift card, store credit, or original payment method.

7.4 Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

Treat gift cards like cash. Lost or stolen cards may not be replaced except where required by law.

7.5 Promotional Changes

Rikaa reserves the right to modify or cancel gift card programs at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — images, text, logos, product designs, and copyrights — is owned or licensed by Rikaa. You may not copy or use content without written permission.

9. User Content & Reviews

By submitting reviews, photos, videos, or other content, you grant Rikaa a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content. We may remove content violating these Terms.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:
● Use the site for unlawful purposes;
● Upload viruses, malware, or interfere with site functionality;
● Violate intellectual property rights;
● Misrepresent yourself or submit false information.
Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.
