● Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email and SMS to monitor your shipment’s progress.
● Packaging: Each piece is carefully packaged in tamper-proof, branded boxes to ensure safety during transit.
● Insurance: All shipments are fully insured, providing peace of mind with every purchase.
● While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Rikaa is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier issues, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, or other unforeseen events. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We will, however, make every reasonable effort to notify you of delays and assist with tracking your order.
We partner with trusted logistics providers such as Shiprocket, BlueDart, and others to ensure timely and secure deliveries.
International Shipping
