2. Condition for Return
● Return will be initiated within 7 days(working days)
● Products must be unused, unworn, unopened, and undamaged, with all original packaging and tags intact.
● Non-returnable items: Earrings (hygiene reasons), customized or personalized products, gold coins, and items marked as final sale.
3. Refund Method
● Refunds can be processed either:
○ Back to the original payment method, or
○ As store credit for future purchases.
● Customers may choose their preferred option at the time of return.
4. Return Shipping
● Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
● Defective or Damaged Items: Rikaa will cover the cost of return shipping.

● Items defective or damaged at the time of delivery must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
