Yes. All Rikaa jewellery is crafted using certified 925 Sterling Silver. Each piece is made to meet quality and purity standards suitable for everyday wear. We recommend keeping your invoice and certificate safely for future reference or support.
We try our best to display accurate images and descriptions. However, since many of our designs are handcrafted, slight variations in texture, finish, or detailing may occur. These natural differences are part of what makes each piece unique.
Sterling silver can naturally tarnish when exposed to air, moisture, perfumes, or chemicals. This is normal and not a defect. Regular cleaning and proper storage can easily restore its shine

We accept payments through:

All payments are processed securely via trusted payment gateways
Absolutely. Your payment information is encrypted and handled by secure third-party payment processors. Rikaa does not store your card details.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellations or changes may not be possible.
In rare cases, an order may be cancelled due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or
verification issues. If this happens, any payment received will be refunded as per our refund
policy.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship across India.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–8 business days, depending on your location and courier service. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email (and SMS, where applicable).
Please ensure your address details are correct at checkout. Rikaa is not responsible for delivery delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Re-shipping charges may apply
if the parcel is returned.
Please contact us at support@rikaa.in within 24 hours of the delivery status update. We will investigate with the courier partner. Supporting details such as photos or videos may be
requested
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product:
● Is unused and unworn
● Is in original packaging
● Includes tags and invoice
Items failing these conditions may not be eligible for return.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable, unless you receive a damaged or incorrect
item.

Our team will guide you through the process..
Yes. For claims related to damage, defects, missing items, or empty packages, an unboxing video showing the original seal is mandatory. This helps us resolve issues quickly and fairly
● If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error from our side, we cover the return shipping.
● For change-of-mind returns, the customer bears the return shipping cost
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 7–10
business days to the original payment method.
Exchanges or store credits may be offered depending on product availability and condition, at Rikaa’s discretion.
Warranty & Repairs
Yes. Rikaa offers a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects from the date of
delivery.
What is not covered under warranty?
The warranty does not cover:
● Normal wear and tear
● Accidental damage
● Improper handling or storage
● Exposure to perfumes, sanitizers, water, or harsh chemicals

Gifting & Store Credit
If available on our website, gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
If a gift is eligible for return, refunds may be issued as store credit or to the original payment method, depending on the situation.
